Naum Dzajkoski is one of the last local shepherds still practising traditional alpine farming in Galičica National Park. Hikers on the High Scardus Trail and other visitors to the region are welcome to visit him for a tasting of his homemade sheep and goat cheese, mountain tea,, byrek and rakija (traditional local brandy) and to learn more about traditional shepherding and cheese making in North Macedonia.
Naum welcomes visitors in the morning between 9 and 11, but only after prior registration via telephone (min. 3 days in advance) under: +389 78 22 10 10
